SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

   Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable
   license to use the Software for internal business purposes.

2. Data Protection
   Both parties shall comply with the Digital Personal Data
   Protection Act 2023. Licensor is the Data Processor;
   Licensee is the Data Fiduciary under §2(i).

3. IP Ownership
   All IP vests in Licensor. Work-for-hire clauses governed
   by Copyright Act 1957 §17(c).

MEDICAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

And: [Doctor Name], MBBS, MD ("Consultant")

1. Scope of Services
   Consultant shall provide [specialty] services in accordance with
   the Clinical Establishments Act 2010 and MCI Code of Ethics.

2. Liability
   Hospital shall maintain professional indemnity insurance as
   required under Consumer Protection Act 2019 §2(42).

SUPPLY AGREEMENT

1. Quality Standards
   Goods shall conform to BIS standards IS [No] and all
   applicable Factory Act 1948 safety requirements.

2. Force Majeure
   Neither party liable for delay caused by circumstances
   beyond reasonable control, including acts of God,
   government action, or industrial dispute.

PUBLISHING AGREEMENT

1. Grant of Rights
   Author grants Publisher exclusive rights under Copyright Act 1957
   §19 for territory of India for a period of 7 years.

2. Moral Rights
   Author retains moral rights under §57 including right of
   paternity and right to object to derogatory treatment.

3. Royalty
   Publisher shall pay Author 10% of net receipts on first 5,000
   copies; 12.5% thereafter.
